全氟橡胶FFKM
由四氟乙烯同全氟烷基乙烯基醚或全氟甲基乙烯基醚单体组成的共聚物,具有*
的耐化学腐蚀性能,可以抵抗1800多种化学品的腐蚀,包括有机氧化物、无机氧化
物、有机酸、无机酸、强酸、强碱、酮类、酯类、醇类、氨水、水蒸气及高温水,其
优异的性能有助于保持密封的完整性,减少维修次数并提高安全性。
氟橡胶特长:
1、优异的耐药性、耐溶剂性、耐等离子性,适用于化学设备和分析仪器;
2、优异的拉伸强度和成形性,为改善成品率做贡献;
3、优异的耐高低温性能,使用温度*可达325℃,低温脆性*可达-40℃;
4、有助于减低半导体制造工艺中的污染,因为它微粒产生少,析出物低,等离子环境中耐缓解。
5、在真空密封应用中可表现出低释气性;
6、耐四氧化二氮体积溶胀率控制在10%左右。
